Promotional Period
The Father’s Day Sale promotion will begin at 1:00 AM BST on 13th June 2025 and end at 1:00 AM BST on 16th
June 2025.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.K. residents with a valid shipping address in the mainland U.K. who are

1. Coupon Terms

2. Pre-sale Products
The X12 RO systems are available for pre-sale. Orders placed now will receive a discount, with products
expected to be in stock by end of July. Shipments will be made sequentially based on the order placement
time.
3. Price Match Policy
At Waterdrop, we highly value our customers' shopping experience. That's why we offer a 30-day price match
guarantee. If you happen to notice a price reduction on the item you purchased at Waterdrop within 30 days
of your purchase, you are eligible to claim a price-match refund. To request a refund, please contact us at
email. We are here to assist you promptly.
4. Refund policy
-You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
-All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they
were originally received.
-The 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all item(s).
-No restocking fee will be charged, but customers are responsible
for the return shipping cost. We will cover the return postage expenses in the case of any return requests
related to a quality issue.
-Please note that the 30-day risk-free return policy is only valid
