Eligibility
- The Waterdrop Rewards Program is open to all customers of Waterdrop who create an account on https://www.waterdropfilter.co.uk the UK site, not including wholesalers, resellers, or anyone who has joined our dropship program.
- By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Program Details
- Customers earn 10 points for every £1 they spend on Waterdrop products through our website. Points earned should only be based on the actual amount spent on Waterdrop products, and should not include any taxes or shipping fees paid by the customer.
- Points can be redeemed for Waterdrop products or a discount on their next purchase. Every 1000 points can be redeemed for a discount of £2 on the next purchase.
- Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
Termination
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice to customers.
- We may terminate or decline to renew your Membership at our reasonable discretion, including if we suspect that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and as otherwise provided herein.
- Waterdrop reserves the right to terminate the rewards account of any individual who is a wholesaler, reseller, or participant in our dropship program.

- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Rewards Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to customers.

Liability
- Waterdrop is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.
