FAQ

Curious about how the RO filter works? Our FAQ section covers everything from filter lifespan to installation tips for clean, pure water every day.

Contact Us

Can this system heat or cool water?

Yes. This countertop reverse osmosis system provides both instant hot and cold water, with temperatures ranging from 59℉ to 203℉. You can easily select your desired temperature, and even save your preferred settings using Favorite Mode for quick, one-touch access next time.

Is the water really safe and clean enough to drink directly?

Yes. The WD-M6HG reverse osmosis water filter features an 8-stage filtration system with a 0.0001μm RO membrane and UV treatment. It effectively reduces substances* such as fluoride, PFOA, PFOS, TDS, chlorine, lead, taste & odor, heavy metals, VOCs, chromium, and more — providing clean, safe drinking water you can trust every day.

What minerals are added, and how do they benefit my health?

M6HG adds essential minerals* like K⁺, Ca²⁺, Na⁺, Mg²⁺, Sr²⁺, Zn²⁺, and H₄SiO₄ to support strong bones, healthy muscles, proper heart and nerve function, and overall wellness.

Does this system waste a lot of water?

This countertop water dispenser is designed with a 3:1 pure to drain water ratio, making it more efficient than many traditional RO systems. It also separates tap water and waste water into different tanks, and the waste water can be reused for cleaning, watering plants, or other household tasks.

Is it difficult to install or use?

Not at all. This is a installation-free countertop RO system. Simply fill the tank, plug it in, and start using it — no plumbing or drilling required. It’s perfect for apartments, offices, and even RV use. The smart touch panel and preset volume and temp options make daily use easy and intuitive.

How do I monitor the filter and get support if needed?

The water filtration system includes a filter life indicator to keep you informed when it’s time for replacement.
